Dr Rajiv Barodia, MD, FRCPCH. Consultant Community Paediatrician
Dr. Rajiv is a seasoned paediatrician with over three decades of experience in the field. Graduating in 1991, he embarked on his medical journey in India, where he honed his skills and developed a passion for paediatric care. In 1996, Dr. Rajiv made a significant move to the United Kingdom, where he has since dedicated himself to serving the paediatric community.
Throughout his career, Dr. Rajiv's thirst for knowledge and cultural diversity led him to expand his horizons further. Spending two enriching years in Canada, he immersed himself in yet another healthcare system, broadening his perspective and refining his approach to paediatric medicine.
Dr. Rajiv's extensive professional journey has not only enriched his clinical expertise but has also endowed him with a deep understanding of diverse workplace cultures. This multifaceted experience has equipped him with a unique ability to adapt and thrive in various healthcare environments, ultimately benefiting the young patients under his care.
Dr Barodia has built up his paediatric knowledge initially working in general paediatrics, neonatal paediatrics and in last 14 years with development-behaviour paediatrics. The practice involves Neurodevelopment, Neurodisability paediatrics with Autism, ADHD, Sleep, tics and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

DR GUILIA MACCARINI, Practitioner Psychologist
Giulia Maccarini is a neuropsychologist with over a decade of expertise in neurodevelopment services and advocacy for neurodiversity in the UK. Currently, she serves as a Psychologist at Sutton CAMHS and as the Chief Psychology Officer at ChatFeelix.
With extensive experience as a Highly Specialist Practitioner Psychologist, Giulia has demonstrated leadership in developmental psychology projects and services across various NHS trusts. She specialises and has a special interest in neurodiversity. Giulia carries out assessments and screenings, providing diagnostic assessments and post-diagnostic support for patients. She is trained in Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) and Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) for both children and adults.
She holds a BSc in Psychology from Anhembi Morumbi University (Brazil) and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in neuroscience from King's College London. Additionally, she has postgraduated in Applied Behaviour Analysis from PUC Goiás and ABA Edu (The Behaviour Academy) and holds specialisations in Early Childhood Development, Autism Spectrum, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) from the Applied Psychology Institute (Brazil).
Giulia is passionate about working with mental health in the neurodevelopmental setting, aiming to provide a better quality of life for children and adults through psychoeducation and support for families and patients during and after the diagnostic process. In her spare time, she enjoys reading as many books as she can.

Julie Hutchings, Specialist NeuroDeveopmental Nurse
Hello, I’m Julie Hutchings, a dedicated Specialist ADHD Nurse, independent Nurse Prescriber, and a ADOS assessor with a passion for improving the lives of children and young people with ADHD and or Autism.
With over 10 years’ experience in ADHD nursing, and over 30 years in the NHS I have honed my skills in assessing ADHD and managing ADHD, prescribing medications independently, and conducting comprehensive ADOS assessments.
I am committed to providing personalized care and support to children and young people and their families with ADHD, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. My goals are to promote understanding an awareness of ADHD whilst ensuring accurate assessments and effective treatment plans.
My holistic approach to patient care combines evidence-based practices with empathy and understanding. I believe in collaborative decision making and strive to create a supportive environment for children and young people and their families.
My mission is to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people with ADHD by providing education and advocating for their wellbeing. I am dedicated to continuous learning and improvement to deliver the highest quality of care.

Becky Picton, Specialist Neurodevelopmental Nurse
Hi, I’m Becky Picton, a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Nurse dedicated to conducting high-quality ADHD and Autism assessments for children and young people within the NHS. With over 20 years of nursing experience, particularly in school nursing and public health roles, I have spent the last 5 years specializing in neurodiversity. During this time, I have been privileged to work with incredible children and young people, gaining invaluable insights and expertise.
My approach is both positive and holistic, ensuring that the voices of children, young people, and their families are heard. This enables the establishment of appropriate support frameworks across home and education environments, delivered with compassion and empathy.
My mission is to provide a high standard of care and work collaboratively with parents and other partners to improve outcomes and support for neurodiverse children and young people.
